Vital to the smooth publication of each edition is its reviewer staff. Reviewers are part of a double-blind reviewer system so that the process ensures equality and anonymity for writers. After initial reviews are over, staff members are encouraged to participate in the rest of the publication process by helping with publication or copy editing.
